How long does it usually take to turn our current training materials into a video?
The timeline varies depending on scope, but typically we deliver the first version within 4 weeks after we receive your existing materials (PowerPoints, PDFs, scripts) and finalise the brief. We build in a review cycle so you can approve changes. Because we specialise in regulated industries, we’re efficient and understand the need for accuracy and speed.
Can you work with our brand guidelines and compliance requirements?
Absolutely. We start by reviewing your visual brand identity, tone of voice, compliance wording and regulatory frameworks. Then we build the video – animation, graphics and editing – to match your guidelines. All training materials remain confidential and secure throughout the process.
How much involvement will our team need to commit?
We aim to make this as low-friction as possible for you. After a kick-off meeting and approval of the script, our team handles filming, editing, graphics and final delivery. Your key input will be reviewing the draft, approving revisions, and providing any subject-matter updates – freeing your team to focus on your core operations.
Will we see an example of your work before fully committing?
Yes. We always offer a short “proof of concept” or trimmed example edit (based on a previous project, stripped of confidential client details) so you can see our style, pace and production quality. This is provided free at the onboarding stage so you can decide confidently whether Version 3 Media is the right fit before moving into full production.
Can you update our videos later if regulations change?
Definitely. For graphic content we can quickly refresh visuals or key sections when rules or policies change – saving you from having to start from scratch. Alternatively for in person video content, a reshoot can easily be proposed, as a reduced rate to the original.
Why Do you do a free example edit?
We understand that large-scale projects can be a big commitment, and it’s important to feel confident you’re choosing the right team. This example edit gives you a chance to see how we work before moving forward on a major project.
Can you integrate these videos into our existing e-learning platform?
Yes. We supply videos in MP4 (H.264) format as standard – compatible with virtually all LMS platforms.
For systems that track learner progress, we can also deliver SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI (Tin Can API) packages.
Captions (SRT/VTT) and interactive formats (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) are also available if you need full e-learning functionality.
